I am business oriented production manager, involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes in FMCG company. I have strong leadership and team building skills as well as technical knowledge based on my experience in personal care and cosmetics production. I make sure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct quantities are produced at right cost and level of quality. Highly responsible for monitoring every stage of production, analyzing current methods and developing new Lean Manufacturing ways to save time and materials in order to reduce costs. I work in cross-functional international environment, developing production department budget, approving expenditures for supplies and materials, and reviewing production orders for accuracy. I have an experience in initiating and implementing programs to improve efficiency and increase production as well as setting up and building careers of my subordinates
Experienced in ISO (with cosmetics range 22716 range) and OHSAS environment with good relationships with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance as a part of SHEQ and HACCP systems. Responsible now for more than 100 operators and technicians (including line leaders, shift leaders and maintenance manager). Now (and in the past) responsible for contract production of main cosmetics brands for such concerns: PZ Cussons, Henkel, Johnson & Johnson, Jeronimo Martins with all appropriate to these companies Quality Standards.
